The Ghanaian government has arrested three suspects over a plan to destabilize the country.  One of the suspects who was detained on Friday September 20, after security agencies monitored their activities for 15 months is said to be a medical doctor at Citadel Hospital which he used as a base to manufacture and store weapons. The small cache of weapons discovered included six pistols, three smoke grenades, two AK47 magazines, 22 IEDs and one long knife. The arrested suspects identified as Frederick Yao Mac-Palm, Ezor Kafui and Bright Allan Debrah Ofosu were accused of being leaders of Take Action Ghana (TAG) whose aim was to recruit and radicalise a base of young people against the political authorities under the guise of “nation-building”. An American man identified as Steven Weber Jr died during an underwater proposal which went wrong this week in Tanzania.  Steven Weber Jr. of Baton Rouge in Louisiana who proposed to his girlfriend, Kenesha during their trip to Tanzania this week never got to hear her say "YES" as he couldn’t hold his breath long enough to list all the things he loved about her. Antoine took to Facebook on Friday September 20, to confirm the death of her boyfriend in a touching tribute where she shared their final moments together. She wrote "There are no words adequate enough to honor the beautiful soul that is Steven Weber, Jr. You were a bright light to everyone you encountered.
